A. We have been servicing families since 1997 all across Ontario and proudly hold an A+ rating with the BBB.  We just celebrated our 20th anniversary, Hooray for us!

Q. Can we purchase groceries online?

A. All our plans are fully customized by you with one of our farm consultants, free of charge. This allows your family to pick and choose the best suited plan with a knowledgeable representative.

Q. What happens when you visit with my free sample?

A. Before you decide to shop with us, we want to provide you with an opportunity to see and try our all natural meats. Your In-home visit is complimentary with no obligation to buy anything.

Q. Do we have to buy anything during my in-home visit?

A. No, you do not need to purchase anything. We believe we offer the very best quality and value. If we fail to show you this, then we do not deserve your business.

Q. What cities and towns do you offer free deliver to?

A. We currently deliver to all cities and towns within Ontario. We will soon be expanding into other provinces, stay tuned.

Q. How much do I need to buy in order to save with Direct Fine Foods?

A. Our grocery plans offer buy in bulk savings. We provide you with the complete customization of your meat order.  We also clear vacuum seal your selections for long locked in flavour.

Q. How can we pay for our bulk meat order?

A. Once you receive your delivered items, you can take up to 30 days before you start paying us anything. This provides you the option to try your selected cuts and to be assured that everything meets your full approval.  We gladly accept all major credit cards.

Q. Do I need a chest freezer?

A. Depending on the size plan you purchase, but generally yes. We supply you with a bulk plan so If you do not own a chest freezer we will loan one to you for only $15.00 a month. You may also choose to purchase one on your own. Please ask us to assist you in finding the very best pricing options available.

Q. What if we are not happy with an item?

A. We are always available and happy to assist you. If you find an item that does not meet your full approval we will gladly replace the item (equal value exchange) or provide you with a reorder credit if less than $ 50.00.

Q. What proteins (meats) do you supply?

A. We carry a complete selection of all your favorite cuts.  If you do not see it, just ask your farm rep and we will be happy to source it for you.
